On our way to Paris we stopped in the town of Epernay where we visited the Avenue de Champagne. We went on a tour of the largest champagne company Moet & Chandon. We toured the facility and the caves where the magic is made. We learned how the champagne as well as Dom Perignon is made and the rich history behind it. At the end we each had a complimentary cold bubbly glass of Moet Imperial.
